Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The order was cancelled before shipping
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during delivery
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or unsealed bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
